What it does with ShortFreeURL

Fetch account items, preview and select them, then create branded links on your chosen domain. No automation-service code is required. Source permissions are unchanged.

Setting it up

  1. Open Integrations & API and find Calendly · Direct.
  2. Enter the provider API token and the additional fields shown. Calendly Integrations & apps → API and webhooks → Personal access tokens. Allow users:read and event_types:read.
  3. Choose Check connection, then Import links. The app fetches your account items directly.
  4. Select the items and your short-link domain. Create selected short links. No source permissions are changed.
  5. Review created or reused links. Use Next page for more items; fetch a new preview after ten minutes.
  6. Use the account selector for additional accounts. Disconnect stops future access and invalidates pending previews.

Questions

Do I need Make, Zapier or integration code?

No. This connector reads your items directly using your provider token. The original HTTP workflow option remains available separately.

Does shortening a private task make it public?

No. Visitors still need the original provider permissions to open private tasks or boards.
