What it does with ShortFreeURL
The Chromium extension ships with the application. It shortens the active tab, accepts an optional readable slug and tag, copies the branded result, and keeps a local five-link history.
It uses a public create-only API key, so a key stored in the browser can create links but cannot list, read, edit, or delete workspace data.

How do I install it?
Unzip it, open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode and choose Load unpacked. Then create a public create-only API key in ShortFreeURL and paste it into the extension.
