What it does with ShortFreeURL
Connect a Google account once and the Bulk Sheets screen creates an actual spreadsheet in your Drive, pre-filled with the column layout. Fill in a row per link, press Import, and every row becomes a branded link. The other direction works too: pull every link on a domain into a sheet, edit cells, and sync the changes back.
The scope requested covers spreadsheets, and the id column is how a row is matched back to its link — which is why the instructions tell you to leave it alone.
Setting it up
- Open Integrations → Google in the dashboard and connect your account.
- Go to Bulk → Sheets, choose Create or Edit, and pick the domain.
- We create the spreadsheet and link to it. Fill it in or edit it.
- Press Import or Sync. Row-level errors come back as a downloadable list rather than failing the whole job.
What data moves
- Out: your existing links, written into a sheet we create.
- In: new links and edits from the sheet, including deletions marked in a column.
- Auth: Google OAuth with the spreadsheets scope.

Questions
Can I do this without a Google account?
Yes — the CSV import does the same job, and the bulk grid does it entirely in the browser.
What scope does it ask for?
Spreadsheets. It does not ask for your whole Drive.
