Create links from a Zoho CRM function or Flow, and store them on the record.

There is no native connector for this yet. What exists is a real route through our API, webhooks and automation catalogue, and it is written out below.
What it does with ShortFreeURL
Nothing Zoho-specific is built here. Zoho CRM custom functions and Zoho Flow can both make HTTP calls, which covers link creation per record; our webhook can post events into a Zoho Flow webhook trigger.
Setting it up
- Create an API key under Integrations → API.
- Write a Zoho CRM function, or a Zoho Flow step, that POSTs to /api/links.
- Store the short URL in a custom field.
What data moves
- In: link creation from a function or Flow.
- Out: link events to a Zoho Flow trigger URL.
- Auth: an API key on your side; an HMAC signature on ours.
Where this comes from: Our side: the REST API and the webhook provider.
